We can’t able to provide ejection on moving side due to the part design. So tool ejection must be in fixed half side.
We need to provide Tunnel cavity sliders on fixed half side with hydraulic movements. This tunnel core has complex angle movement.
Above part is more complicated. Considering easy manufacturing we designed this mold with lifters & sliders.This part is for Holden,called chrome Strip
